Anthony E. Cooch (Tony) is a shareholder of the firm. He focuses his practice on business law, government contracts, employment law and civil litigation. He is currently licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Fairfax Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar.

Tony is involved in local community groups including the Northern Chapter of the Virginia Society of CPAs and the National Contract Management Association. He also serves on the Government Contracts Committee of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce.

Tony is a Firefighter/EMT with the Stonewall Jackson Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department in Manassas, Virginia. He serves on their Board of Directors and as chair of the Human Resources Committee. In addition, Tony is the co-founder of Stonebridge Title, LLC and Sunrise Valley, LLC.

Tony is a regular contributor to the firm’s Employment Law Newsletter and Lead Editor of the firm’s blog, Virginia Employment Law Journal. He is a frequent lecturer in the areas of employment law and business matters.

Prior to earning his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law, Tony worked for several years in the private sector as a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He is a native of Alexandria, Virginia and earned a B.B.A. in Accounting with a concentration in Information Systems from James Madison University.
