Estate Planning Attorneys: Seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with at least 3+ years of experience - full or part time.  Virginia State Bar required.

Government Contract Attorneys: Experienced government contract attorneys or practice group with portable practice. Significant opportunity to cross-market with our growing business, real estate, litigation, M&A, intellectual property, and tax practices.

Tax Attorney: To enhance our tax capabilities and complement our growing business, real estate, litigation, M&A, intellectual property, and estate and tax planning practices. Candidates must have VA Bar, 3+ years experience; LLM or CPA helpful.

Intellectual Property - Trademark & Licensing Attorney:  Seeking IP - Trademark & Licensing attorneys with entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to grow practice using business development as primary tool.  Portable practice helpful.
