Charles B. Thomas is a shareholder of the firm representing clients in business and contractual matters, commercial real estate and leasing transactions, and general corporate, employment and financial matters. He also has extensive experience in counseling business owners and entrepreneurs in the formation, structure and governance of organizations and business entities.

Mr. Thomas graduated from Brown University and the Georgetown University Law Center.
