Mr. Taylor devotes most of his time to real estate and business matters. He is experienced in all aspects of transactional law, as well as planning, land use and zoning matters, both in Maryland and Virginia. Mr. Taylor serves as counsel to real estate brokerage companies, mortgage lending companies and development companies. He is a LEED-accredited professional with knowledge of the law as it relates to the design, construction and operation of green buildings and is also one of the few attorneys in the state of Virginia to be certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners.

Mr. Taylor holds an undergraduate degree in Banking and Finance from the University of South Carolina, a law degree from Catholic University and a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Virginia School of Architecture.
