Mr. Korman is a shareholder of the firm. He is a widely recognized trial attorney with over thirty years of experience in domestic relations and personal injury matters.

Mr. Korman vigorously counsels and represents clients in all aspects of family law with particular focus on complex divorces involving the division of marital assets including stock options, pension plans, investment and business interests for high net worth individuals. Mr. Korman is able to apply his past experience in business, commercial and banking law to the benefit of his family law clients.

As a seasoned trial attorney Mr. Korman knows when to litigate, when to negotiate and when to mediate. At the same time he has been designated as a Certified Matrimonial Arbitrator by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.

Mr. Korman is listed in "Best Lawyers in America" and is "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a Past-President of the VA Chapter; he serves as an adjunct professor at George Mason University Law School teaching Trial Advocacy and is a Neutral Case Evaluator for the Fairfax County Circuit Court.

Mr. Korman is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America) and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, a Past-President of the Arlington Bar Association , and former Chair of the Virginia State Bar Committee on Women and Minorities.

Mr. Korman is featured in Virginia Super Lawyers (July 2009) and is consistently listed in the Family Law category.  He has also been consistently selected for inclusion in Washington DC Super Lawyers in the Family Law category.   Mr. Korman was also recognized by The Washingtonian magazine (December 2009) as a "Top Lawyer."
