Jennifer Lee focuses her practice on business and corporate law; contracts; government contracting, and corporate and commercial transactions. Ms. Lee is a graduate of Binghamton University where she received her Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology, and her Master of Arts in Experimental Psychology. Ms. Lee received her Juris Doctor from American University's Washington College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Lee interned at the Office of Chief Counsel in the Enforcement Division of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, and the United States Department of Justice- Federal Programs Branch.

Prior to receiving her J.D., Ms. Lee was working in government contracting as a program manager. Among her clients were the Department of Defense; National Institutes of Health; Internal Revenue Service; and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Ms. Lee is General Counsel to APABA-Va.
