BEAN, KINNEY & KORMAN is a forward looking, AV rated, Northern Virginia law firm with growing business, banking, real estate, M&A, intellectual property, tax, and litigation practices.  We are seeking attorneys who share our determination to provide the highest level of integrated legal services to businesses and their principals:  

Gov't Contract Attorneys: Experienced government contract attorneys or practice group with substantial portable practice.  Significant opportunity to cross-market with our growing business, real estate, litigation, M&A, intellectual property, and tax practices.

Tax Attorney: To enhance our tax capabilities and complement our growing business, real estate, litigation, M&A, intellectual property, and estate and tax planning practices.  Candidates must have VA Bar, 3+ years experience; LLM or CPA helpful.

Construction Attorney: Candidates must have 3+ years experience in construction law, including contract review, arbitration, litigation and mechanic's liens.  VA Bar required; portable practice helpful

Employment Attorneys: We represent employers and senior executives.  Candidates must have 3+ years experience in employment defense, contracts, covenants not to compete, or executive compensation.  VA Bar required; portable practice helpful. 

Intellectual Property Attorney: Candidates must have experience with trademark prosecutions and copyright registrations; software and other licensing matters.  3+ years experience and VA Bar required.

Land Use/Real Estate Attorney- To assist with zoning/land use matters throughout Northern Virginia as well as general real estate transactions. Admission to Virginia State Bar required. Minimum of 3 years experience in this field including appearances before local boards, commissions, and administrative bodies.
