Mr. Corish is a shareholder of the firm. He concentrates in counseling and representing lending institutions, legal entities and individuals in commercial loan transactions, commercial real estate transactions and bankruptcy litigation and government contracting matters. Mr. Corish also represents a variety of businesses and individuals on general business issues, including types of formation entities, governance documents and employment issues. Mr. Corish represents secured and unsecured creditors before the Federal Bankruptcy and District Courts and also represents clients in loan workouts, lender liability claims, preparation and review of loan documentation (for real estate, asset-based, government contract and various other types of loans) commercial settlements, and contractual disputes. Mr. Corish is a member of the Walter P. Chandler American Inn of Court and the Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Bar. Mr. Corish was listed as one of the top real estate lawyers in the Washington Metropolitan area in the December 2004, 2007 and 2009 publications of The Washingtonian.

Mr. Corish holds his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Richmond, and was formerly a clerk to The Honorable Hal J. Bonney, Jr. of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Corish is licensed to practice in the states of Virginia and Maryland and in the District of Columbia.
