Lauren K. Keenan is an associate with the firm and focuses her practice on land use law, estate planning and estate administration.

Ms. Keenan prepares a wide range of estate planning documents for her clients including: Wills, Revocable Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Durable General Powers of Attorneys, Advance Directive/Health Care Powers of Attorneys, Deeds transferring ownership of real property, Operating Agreements for LLCs and Assignments of LLC interests into trust.

Ms. Keenan is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, the Fairfax Bar Association, and the Arlington Bar Association. She is also a member of the Wills, Trusts and Estates Section within both the Arlington Bar Association and the Fairfax Bar Association. Lauren has written several articles on the subject of estate planning and business succession planning and is a regular contributor to the Firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates Newsletter.
