Mr. Yeager is an experienced trial lawyer, concentrating on real estate related matters, including construction, landlord/tenant and creditor’s rights bankruptcy. Mr. Yeager represents commercial and retail landowners and property managers, general contractors, material suppliers, and lending institutions, as well as individuals with legal issues ranging from contract disputes to traffic matters.

Mr. Yeager has lectured on bankruptcy, litigation, mechanic’s liens and landlord/tenant matters for clients and commercial business associations.

Mr. Yeager is a shareholder in the firm and is admitted to practice in Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and North Carolina.

Mr. Yeager earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and received his law degree from George Washington University.
