Alecia Schmuhl Joins Firm as an Intellectual Property Attorney

Arlington, VA – Bean, Kinney & Korman announced today that Alecia Schmuhl has joined the firm as an associate. Alecia focuses her practice primarily in intellectual property and business transactions and is admitted to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia and Illinois.

Alecia helps her clients benefit from their ideas through corporate formation, business transactions and by protecting their intellectual property. She helps clients grow and protect their corporate brand through trademark and copyright protection, licensing and franchising agreements. Alecia regularly advises clients on all types of business agreements and contracts, website terms of use and privacy policies.

Alecia earned her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law School and received her B.A. in Music Business from Bradley University.
