Zachary G. Williams Joins Firm as a Litigation and Land Use Attorney

Arlington, VA – Bean, Kinney & Korman announced today that Zachary Williams has joined the firm as an associate attorney. Zach practices in the areas of land use law and litigation.

“Zach is a wonderful addition to our team,” said Leo Fisher, managing shareholder of Bean, Kinney & Korman. “His familiarity with trial and appellate courts in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia will continue to enhance the firm’s litigation capabilities.”

Zach has handled high-profile land use and property cases in Virginia and Maryland, including cases that reached the Virginia Supreme Court, Maryland Court of Appeals and the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Zach also has trial and arbitration experience in professional malpractice defense cases, consumer protection and credit disputes, trust and estate matters, and negligence actions.

Zach earned his J.D. from George Washington University Law School and his B.A. from Davidson College.
