Mr. Keating is a Shareholder with the firm. He practices primarily in the areas of labor, employment and immigration law. He has extensive experience in matters before the EEOC, Department of Labor, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Federal and State Courts, and various state, county and local agencies.

Mr. Keating has comprehensive experience in the areas of labor and employment law. His practice includes: developing employment handbooks and policies, defending employment discrimination and wrongful termination claims, negotiating, drafting and reviewing employment-related documents such as non-compete and severance agreements, and advising employers on day-to-day labor relations and employment issues. He also has in-depth experience in representing employers in union organizing campaigns and collective bargaining.

In the immigration field, Mr. Keating represents business clients and individuals with respect to obtaining employment-related visas, U.S. permanent residence, naturalization as a U.S. citizen, and implementing corporate programs to facilitate U.S. immigration proceedings. He has extensive experience representing clients in the hotel and hospitality, information technology, biotechnology, and professional services industries, as well as with educational institutions and sports related firms.

Mr. Keating received his B.A. degree from Rutgers College, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from George Washington University.
