Mr. Lunger focuses his practice on real estate and business activities. He is experienced in land use, zoning, real estate, construction, development, public/private partnerships and capital projects. Mr. Lunger is also skilled in creating and organizing business entities as well as condominium and home owner associations. He is a LEED Accredited Professional with knowledge of the law as it relates to the design, construction and operation of green buildings.

Mr. Lunger holds a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marine Transportation from New York Maritime and received his Juris Doctor from Catholic University.
