United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia, Roanoke Division (Other Divisions in Harrisonburg and Lynchburg)

The main administrative offices of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia are located with the Roanoke Division in Roanoke, Virginia. The Bankruptcy Court is three blocks north of the U.S. District Court, at the corner of Church Avenue and 3d Street. The Court's offices are located on the second floor of the building.

From I-81 (North or South): Roanoke Exit (I-581 South) to Elm Avenue; make a right at the light, onto Elm Avenue (stay in right-hand lane). Then make a right onto Jefferson: get in left-hand lane, make a left onto Church Avenue and travel up Church Avenue to 3rd Street. (Note: You will pass the Bankruptcy Court Building on your left just before coming to 3rd Street). Make a left onto 3rd Street. Parking is available in the All Right Parking Lot.
