Mr. Krebs is a shareholder with the firm, and concentrates on civil litigation, including commercial disputes, intellectual property, fraud, tax, finance, transportation and maritime matters, employment, and fiduciary obligations. His trial and appellate practice extends to both local Virginia- Metropolitan Washington, D.C., and national venues, including appearances in United Stated District Courts and Circuit Courts of Appeals throughout the country.

Mr. Krebs represents corporations, partnerships, and individuals in a wide variety of disputes, and has had extensive experience in both conventional litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, such as arbitrations, mediations and settlement conferences.

Mr. Krebs is a member of the bars of Virginia and the District of Columbia, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the District of Columbia, and the District of Colorado. He is admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fourth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Federal and District of Columbia Circuits, as well as the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Federal Claims and the United States Court of International Trade.

In 2010, Mr Krebs was recognized by Montclair's Who's Who for excellence in the field of Law.

Mr. Krebs is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the Pennsylvania State University. He received his law degree in 1977 from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an Editor for the Journal Law and Policy in International Business and a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic.
