Charles Thomas is a shareholder of Bean, Kinney & Korman representing clients in business and contractual matters, commercial real estate and leasing transactions, and general corporate, employment, and financial matters.
Charles also has extensive experience counseling business owners and entrepreneurs in the formation, structure, and governance of business entities and in the resolution of ownership and employer and employee disputes.
Beyond the Suit
Charles enjoys golf, baseball, travel and theater when he isn’t advising his clients on business and contractual matters.
Has represented clients for over four decades in forming commercial and small business enterprises, negotiating and resolving business disputes, buying and selling commercial enterprises and real estate, drafting and negotiating commercial leases and resolving corporate governance issues.
