Overview
Leo Fisher maintains an active law practice spanning over 30 years representing businesses and their principals in employment and business litigation and providing advice on general corporate matters. His litigation practice is diverse but focuses on employment disputes, including defending employers from discrimination and wrongful discharge claims; covenants not to compete and other restrictive covenants; breach of fiduciary duties of officers and directors; misappropriation of corporate opportunities and the protection of proprietary information and trade secrets.
Leo also litigates disputes involving real estate ownership, development, and land-use. He represents owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction litigation and arbitration.
Leo has an active trademark practice prosecuting trademark applications before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and infringement litigation in state and federal courts.
In his corporate counseling practice, Leo counsels mid-size businesses and start-ups/growing companies on business formation strategies, financing plans, business disputes, business contracts and commercial transactions and general employment law matters including employment policies and procedures.

Beyond the Suit
Leo has been married for 38 years. He and his wife Sue share their home with two cats – Twist & Shout. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing tennis, traveling, reading and theater. Sue and Leo visited Berlin in October 1987.
