Overview

Pranav Gangele is an associate attorney with Bean, Kinney & Korman, practicing in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and government contracting. His client base encompasses technology start ups, SAAS companies, government contractors, emerging technology and renewable energy companies.

Pranav routinely represents start ups and small businesses through their full lifecycle: from formation to capital raises, and strategic exits. He also has extensive experience with structured finance transactions, as well as LLC and LLP governance matters, helped by his previous experience as an accountant.

Pranav is barred in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Delaware and his fluent in Hindi.

Beyond the Suit

Outside of the office, Pranav enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. He loves to stay active and play sports such as basketball, football and pickleball and takes great pride in his yoga and meditation practice.
