Pranav Gangele joins as an associate attorney, practicing in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and government contracting. Pranav’s client base includes technology start-ups, SAAS companies, government contractors, emerging technology, and renewable energy companies. He is licensed to practice in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Delaware.

Sophia Kingsley joins as an associate attorney with a practice focused on commercial and civil litigation. Sophia works with small & mid-size businesses including construction companies and IT corporations as well as individuals on a variety of litigation matters, providing tailored solutions to protect their interests and drive results. She is licensed to practice in Virginia.
