Bean, Kinney & Korman Welcomes Pantea Stevenson as a Shareholder of the FirmPrint PDF
Arlington, VA — Bean, Kinney & Korman announced today that Pantea F. Stevenson has joined the firm as a shareholder. Pantea focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, collaborations, business law and intellectual property transactions.
Pantea also practices in corporate governance, corporate transactions and internet law. She serves businesses including startups, Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits.

Prior to joining Bean, Kinney & Korman, Pantea managed her own boutique law firm. Previously, she worked at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as well as Jones Day. She completed the Leadership Arlington Signature program as part of the Class of 2015.
