Bean, Kinney & Korman Welcomes Jerry William Boykin as Of Counsel

ARLINGTON, VA – Bean, Kinney & Korman announced today the addition of Jerry William Boykin as Of Counsel to the firm. He has been practicing law for more than 30 years.

In his new position with the firm, Jerry will represent clients in civil litigation matters. He also has notable experience representing clients in corporate matters, commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions and other transactional work.

Prior to joining the firm, Jerry most recently practiced law at Womble, Carlyle, Sandridge & Rice. He has significant experience as a business litigator in federal and state courts throughout the country with emphasis on complex civil litigation, including antitrust, restaurant franchise matters, copyright and trademark infringement, energy-related litigation, constitutional questions and business torts, such as breach of fiduciary duty.

Jerry has a B.S. from Eastern Michigan University and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

He is admitted to the District of Columbia Bar, the Virginia Bar, the New York Bar and U.S. Supreme Court, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Fourth and District of Columbia Circuits; U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia and the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York; and U.S. Claims Court. Jerry is a member of the District of Columbia, Virginia State, Fairfax, Virginia and American Bar Associations, as well as the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.
