Attorneys John Kelly, Sara Leiner Schuler and Tad Lunger Named Shareholders of the FirmPrint PDF
Arlington, VA — Bean, Kinney & Korman announced today that three of its attorneys have been named shareholders to the firm—John Kelly, formerly of counsel, and Sara Leiner Schuler and Tad Lunger, formerly associates.
“John, Sara and Tad have demonstrated the professionalism, skills and experience necessary to become shareholders of Bean, Kinney & Korman, and are very deserving of this new title and its privileges,” said Managing Shareholder Leo Fisher.
John Kelly focuses his practice on real property law including commercial real estate financing, acquisitions, sales and leasing. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of Shelter House, Inc. and Fellowship Square Foundation, Inc., among other activities, and is a regular contributor of articles to publications such as Virginia Builder and Commercial Leasing Law & Strategy.
Sara Leiner Schuler practices family law in Northern Virginia, concentrating on child custody, prenuptial agreements, child support, divorce and post-divorce matters. Prior to entering private practice, she served for two years as the Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Randy I. Bellows in the Fairfax County Circuit Court. She is on the Board of the Arlington Bar Association and is an active member of several other bar associations throughout Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Tad Lunger specializes in land use, zoning, real estate, construction and development, public/private partnerships and capital projects, as well as related local, state and federal government matters, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is Co-Chair of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce’s Government Relations and Economic Development Committee, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Columbia Pike Revitalization Organization and of ASPAN, as well as a Board Member and Secretary for the Ballston BID, among other community related activities.
