Emily Nerino is an associate attorney with Bean, Kinney & Korman practicing family law and domestic relations. She helps individuals navigate the complexities of divorce and custody proceedings with compassion and commitment. Her areas of expertise include child support, spousal support and equitable distribution and she is proficient in spanish.
Emily is licensed to practice in Virginia and most recently worked as a law clerk for Judge Daniel S. Fiore II, Arlington County Circuit Court. As a judicial law clerk, she assisted with and observed multiple domestic relations cases involving complex issues. That experience offered Emily a firsthand and behind the scenes view of challenging domestic issues that demonstrate their multidimensional nature. While in law school, she clerked for a Special Master in the Unites States Court of Federal Claims, preparing orders and authoring a published opinion.

Emily enjoys spending time with friends, visiting family and taking care of her pup - a corgi named Finn. Her passions include watching college basketball and the latest films.
