Jonathan Harrison is an associate attorney with Bean, Kinney & Korman, focusing his practice on business and commercial litigation, business formation, commercial transactions and risk management.
Jonathan helps small, emerging and growing businesses as they navigate a variety of challenges. His perspective, having spent three years as a program manager with a large government contractor, offers deep insight for his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan provided legal assistance to both private and public sector organizations.
Honors intern with the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission assisting with the prosecution of stock fraud and Ponzi schemes.
Intern with the Florida Attorney General Office of Statewide Prosecution, litigating White Collar Crime and Criminal Syndicates.
