Matthew J. Weinstein is an attorney with the firm. His practice focuses on real estate, land use and zoning where he is part of the legal team assisting clients with a variety of matters involving properties in Northern Virginia and D.C.
In addition to practicing law, Matt is also actively involved with many local civic and political associations, including the Arlington County Transportation Commission, the Lee Highway Alliance, the 8th Congressional District Democratic Committee and the Arlington County Democratic Committee.
Prior to joining Bean, Kinney & Korman, Matt was the Chief of Staff to Commonwealth of Virginia Delegate Richard Sullivan. He also served as the Voter Protection Director for the Democratic Party of Virginia and as a Legal Fellow to Virginia Senator Mark Warner.
Matt earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.

Matt is a self-described political junkie and a history buff. When he isn't spending his free time following local and national politics, he travels, watches baseball and spends time with his friends and family.
