Devin’s experience includes court-ordered receiverships, financial restructurings, and administrative litigation. He has served on a receivership team responsible for the court-ordered operations of a commercial enterprise with more than $200 million in liabilities. His work included legal and operational administration, financial reporting, and coordination across multiple state and federal jurisdictions.
He also served as second-chair counsel in an administrative civil trial defending a company against regulatory enforcement and license revocation. His responsibilities included motion practice, brief writing, depositions, witness preparation, and support for direct and cross-examination.
