Austin Haynes is a Planning Director who focuses on Rezonings, Entitlements, and Permitting in Northern and Central Virginia. His client base includes commercial industry, home builders, land developers, and private individuals. Austin has successfully brought over fifty land use cases forward and assisted many others with aid in community outreach and his extensive development knowledge. Being a former developer himself as well as a commercial real estate broker, Austin has been involved in over $1,000,000,000 in real estate sales and development.
Austin believes in working with the client, the community, and county or city leadership to bring the best project forward, that is still a financial success for his client. Austin is able to not only assist on the front-end doing entitlements, but he can also provide advice throughout the development process to include site selection, aid with financing, project management services, and more.
Prior to joining BKK, Austin was Sr. Vice President of Holladay Properties, a national development corporation. Austin has also served as a Planning Commissioner in both Prince William County and the City of Manassas and currently serves as a Director at the Prince William County Industrial Development Authority.
