Overview
Mustafa Farzad is an associate attorney at Bean, Kinney & Korman, practicing in the areas of banking, real estate and commercial lending. He has represented banks, asset managers, funds, broker-dealers, and insurance companies in a variety of financial transactions. His experience includes advising clients in connection with secured lending, such as asset-based financings, venture debt financings, and capital call facilities. He has also routinely represented clients in connection with secondary debt transactions of large syndicated loans in the U.S. and European markets. He has routinely handled the negotiation, drafting, and review of loan documentation and loan assignment documentation.
Prior to his law career, Mustafa worked in the economics field at the International Monetary Fund.
