Timothy Dugan conducted a two hour presentation entitled “Zoning and Land Use Basics, A Case Study.” The presentation is part of a seven week series entitled, “Basics of Real Estate,” provided by the Maryland State Bar Association’s Real Property Section and Continuing Legal Education Department.
