Allison Riddle is a shareholder with Bean, Kinney & Korman, focusing her practice on commercial and civil litigation, employment defense, fraud on the government, and business divorce litigation. Allison’s unique experience in a variety of practice areas has allowed her to actively support business litigation, government contract disputes, and employment matters.

Allison is barred in Virginia and the District of Columbia and an active member of the Fairfax Bar Association (FBA). She currently serves on the FBA’s Young Lawyers Board and volunteers as an advisor to a local sorority chapter at George Mason University.

Experience

Initiated a lawsuit by a subcontractor who was wrongfully cut-out of the contract. Upon prevailing in motions practice, the case was mediated to a successful resolution for the client.
Kara Macdonald v. Pruitt Title, LLC, et al.(11/02/2022) Defended a small business when a former employee accused the company of withholding her wages, even though she herself signed off on her commission. The case was mediated to a resolution.
