J. Alex Touchet is an associate attorney with Bean, Kinney & Korman. He focuses his practice on commercial and civil litigation.
Prior to joining BKK, Alex clerked for the Honorable Anthony J. Trenga on the Eastern District of Virginia. Before clerking, he was the Constitutional Law Fellow at the Robertson Center for Constitutional Law. As the Fellow, he drafted amicus briefs for cases before federal courts of appeal and the United States Supreme Court. Alex’s experience as a law clerk on the “Rocket Docket” gives him unique insight to help his clients navigate litigation to arrive at their desired outcomes.
