Jill Seiferth is a shareholder with Bean, Kinney & Korman, and a member of the domestic relations group of the firm practicing in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Her areas of expertise as a family law attorney include divorce, visitation, child custody disputes, third party custody disputes, spousal support and child support, complex equitable distribution of property matters, post-divorce disputes, mediation, prenuptial agreements, and negotiation of property settlement agreements.

Jill has dedicated her practice exclusively to the area of family law and enjoys working with diverse families. She works tirelessly to understand her client’s needs and wants and places a keen focus on ensuring her clients receive maximum results in a cost-effective manner. The change of a family’s structure is a difficult process, and Jill is adept at navigating her clients through the emotional and legal process.
