Lauren Farrar is an associate attorney at Bean, Kinney & Korman practicing commercial and civil litigation. Lauren handles cases from the early stages of dispute resolution through trials and appeals. She represents both individual and corporate clients, including builders/construction businesses, government contractors and business owners, prioritizing their unique interests every step of the way.
Lauren regularly appears before state and federal courts in the Northern Virginia region. She has tried and won several cases, negotiated settlements, and represented clients in alternative dispute resolution. She regularly serves as lead counsel from start to finish, but also collaborates with her colleagues in different practice areas to get personalized results for her clients.
Lauren is licensed to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia.

- Defended SaaS company through trial in Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act litigation. Successfully argued motion to strike resulting in judgment in favor of client.
- Obtained full judgment plus attorneys’ fees at trial in residential construction contract dispute.
