Philip “Uri” Pasternak is an associate attorney with Bean, Kinney & Korman, focusing his practice on land use and zoning and commercial leasing matters to include lease negotiations, drafting of deeds and easements, as well as the drafting of loan documents.
Uri regularly works with developers, retail tenants, public utility companies and banks and lenders to help them achieve their desired outcomes. His prior experience as a civil engineer at a land development consulting firm gives him the unique insight into complex real estate matters and the challenges his clients are facing.
Uri is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) and a Certified Planner (AICP) and is licensed to practice in Virginia and Maryland.
