Sport & Health, the largest full-service health club operator in the Metropolitan Washington area, recently closed on a sale of 22 clubs to US Fitness, a group headed by John and Kirk Galiani, well known for their previous success in building the Gold’s Gym brand. A Bean, Kinney & Korman team, led by David Canfield and John Bryan, represented Sport & Health in the deal, which was announced last week.
