Philip Schwartz is a shareholder at Bean, Kinney & Korman who represents emerging and established businesses with general matters including the purchase, sale and operations of the business. He also represents businesses on a wide variety of employment matters, including preventive counseling and employee training in the employment law field and the defense of employee claims (discrimination, wrongful termination, wage-hour investigations, and claims), as well as the drafting and enforcement of employment agreements, including non-compete agreements and employment tax matters.
Phil has a special interest in the healthcare field, where he has substantial experience in the formation, operation, and purchase/sale of medical and dental practices. He is barred in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.
Beyond the Suit
Phil is an avid golfer and enjoys the many courses Virginia has to offer. When not on the golf course, you can find him traveling to the places on his bucket list.
