Jordan Reed is an associate attorney with Bean, Kinney & Korman, focusing his practice on business law to include entity formation, review and drafting of business contracts and agreements, and general business counseling.
Additionally, Jordan has a passion for succession planning, for both businesses and individuals, as well as general estate planning. He also assists his clients in general civil and commercial litigation matters including, but not limited to, landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, and small business disputes.
Jordan is barred in Virginia and Maryland.
