Juanita Ferguson is a shareholder of Bean, Kinney & Korman and focuses her practice in litigation, including real estate and construction matters. An experienced trial attorney, Juanita has a proven record of representing clients throughout the construction industry, including developers, homeowners, engineers, contractors, building materials manufacturers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Representative matters include drafting and negotiating construction contracts, providing advice on contract compliance and project documentation, and prosecuting bond claims and mechanic’s lien actions.

Juanita has extensive experience litigating complex, multi-party construction claims, construction defects, mechanic’s and construction lien matters, contract, and real estate disputes, as well as negotiating favorable results for her clients in the state and federal courts of Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. She is a trusted advisor and creative in providing solutions.
