Banking and Lending Attorney: Seeking an Attorney with relevant experience to join our dynamic and expanding Banking & Lending practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including but not limited to loan agreements, loan modifications, and review of title, survey, and related due diligence.

This is an excellent opportunity to engage in sophisticated legal matters with direct client interaction, working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment. Strong writing, research, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. We are seeking a motivated team player who takes initiative, takes responsibility for their work, and is committed to contributing to the ongoing success of our firm.

Qualifications:

• Ability to waive into the Virginia Bar, MD, and DC bars a plus
• Demonstrated experience in banking, lending, and finance-related transactions
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
