The firm is not structured into practice departments. Each attorney has proficiency in multiple practice disciplines, many of which overlap. We generally hire to fill specific practice needs, but any attorney who demonstrates the desire and initiative to migrate into other productive practice areas will not be discouraged from doing so.

Real Estate Attorney: Mid-level or higher (6+ years) attorney with experience in commercial real estate. Practice will include all aspects of real estate transactions related to acquisition, development, construction, finance, lease and disposition of commercial, residential and retail projects. An excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a robust and well-established practice in a collaborative and supporting environment. Having a book of business and commercial lending experience is a plus. VA Bar (or ability to waive in) required. MD and DC Bars are a plus. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
