Nicholas Gehrig is a shareholder with Bean, Kinney & Korman, focusing his practice on business and civil litigation.
In the business realm, Nick assists aspiring business owners with the legal and contractual issues involved in starting a business with an aim toward protecting principals of the business from personal liability. After formation of the business, he advises his clients on maintaining compliance with state laws and regulations to preserve the integrity of the business. Nick serves as an affordable alternative to in-house counsel for businesses by advising them on business operations and transactions, contract drafting and review, and compliance with licensing requirements. Additionally, he represents both landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiation and drafting.
Nick frequently litigates in Northern Virginia courts to protect the interests of his clients and has represented them in landlord-tenant, contract, business, neighbor, and real estate disputes.
