Evan St. John is a shareholder at Bean, Kinney & Korman focusing his practice on corporate and business law to include corporate formation and governance, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, and non-litigation employment law matters. His client base encompasses government contractors, small and midsized professional service businesses, and tech startups. Evan also has unique experience of helping Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, women-owned, and minority-owned entities with M&A transactions.
Prior to joining BKK, Evan was a senior corporate attorney at a firm in McLean, Virginia.
Beyond the Suit
When outside the office, Evan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, daughter and two dogs. He also finds time for volleyball, hiking, and playing bass guitar in a DC-area band.
