Harrison Clinton is an associate attorney with Bean, Kinney & Korman, focusing his practice on business litigation, employment law, government contracts, and construction litigation.
Harrison helps business entities of varying sizes with all facets of business disputes including contract negotiations, breaches of fiduciary duties, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, and other business torts. He has substantial experience in investigations, discovery and depositions, motions practice, and leading cases through trial.
